Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to all use of the services provided by Linux Hosting ("Company"). Use of the services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Permitted Use
The services are intended for hosting websites, applications, and lawful content only. The Client agrees to use the services in accordance with all applicable laws and in a manner that does not harm other clients or the Company's infrastructure.
3. Prohibited Activities
The following uses are strictly prohibited on all Company services:
- Sending spam or mass unsolicited emails.
- Hosting or distributing malware, viruses, phishing scripts, or hacking tools.
- Running open proxy services, IRC servers, or botnets.
- Hosting content involving child exploitation, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
- Infringing on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of third parties.
- Conducting network scans, DDoS attacks, brute force attacks, or intrusion attempts.
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared servers.
- Excessive use of server resources that affects other clients.
4. Resource Limits
On shared hosting, each account is subject to resource limits as specified in the chosen plan (CPU, memory, processes, connections). Excessive usage may result in automatic account throttling. On VPS servers, the Client is limited to the resources allocated in their plan.
5. Backups
The Company performs routine backups as a complementary service but does not guarantee the availability or completeness of backups. The Client is solely responsible for backing up their content. The Company recommends independent backups on a regular basis.
6. Suspension and Account Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate a client account immediately and without prior notice in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms of Use.
- Activity that endangers server stability or security.
- Prolonged non-payment.
- Legal requirement or court order.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the infrastructure, software, and brand of Linux Hosting are reserved to the Company. The Client retains all rights to the content they upload to the services.
8. Changes to Terms
The Company may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be published on the website and/or sent to clients by email. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
